Food was eh. Restaurant was disgusting - couldn’t find a clean table, floors had trash everywhere, and trash cans were overflowing. We didn’t come at an extremely busy time either.
If your starving it will get you by. If you're looking for any kind of normal experience, you might wanna keep on walking. You would think that a place like this might have forks for people to eat the food they purchase. Messy, lazy, and English as a second language... getting someone to help you seems like you're asking a big favor.
Use to be one of the best locations, now it’s the worst one staff can’t speak English they put the wrong food in my bowl they tried to charge extra for things I never got, need people who can actually do their job
Worst service I’ve ever received eating at a chipotle i asked for two soft shell tacos and the woman working the first station was sighing and made the wrong thing 3 times before just warming the tortillas which I made abundantly clear that I only wanted 2 soft shell tacos once I eventually made it to the second station I received very small portions even for standard chipotle servings 0/10 would never order from this location again
Absolutely amateur hour! What a disgusting and disturbing experience. Place is unsanitary, from the dirty tables floor kitchen to lack of clean utensils. Took us 30 mins just to order. Ownership should be embarrassed.
