This chipotle sucks at honoring their promotions online. Their response is the promotions are online only.But when you try to utilize the promotions online ordering it says something went wrong. I asked the manager if he could honor it but he said there's nothing we can do. How disappointing in your customer service! Zero explanation or anything.
