If food could get a zero stars, it would. I say this only because their food is apparently non-existent! It is five times now that I have come to this chipotle, only for them to be out of brown rice. A few weeks ago I waited twenty minutes for steak, only for the employee to tell me "We ran out". I don't expect compensation, but a simple sorry would go a lot further than a shrug and a "next time" after wasting my time there.

The workers here are always miserable. They seem to never greet you or smile. On top of that, every request you have for something additional is met with attitude. Their portions are very inconsistent and food is often stale. I’d recommend the chipolte on 41 over this one.

Typically find this is the better of the chipotle’s around here.. service and people there are usually good. Today, not so much. It’s 6:30 and we’re out of cheese. But not fully out, just out for people who got in their cars and drove there to eat. For people ordering online, they have cheese and plenty of it. Frustrated that we can’t put cheese on our bowls when we’re looking at cheese but it’s only for Online Orders. And even more frustrating to watch them in the back with a full block of cheese but it’s just not ready yet... read more
