Love the indoor/ outdoor space but the food (mainly the veggies) are not as tasty as other chipotles i have been too. They were better on the portions but the flavor on them could be a lot better.
I put in an order yesterday for pick up, I got busy and I couldn’t get it. I came in to show my online order. The team member that I spoke told me they left my meal outside & that I had to use the app to get a refund. The app told me to go speak to him. When I did, he tells me they’d lose money remaking my order. The same order they left outside that I didn’t receive. Thanks Mo, great customer service
Not really happy with the portion size.
Never met an employee from this place that seemed happy. They all seem to hate their job and maybe it’s cause they suck at it
