This is my go to location. Ingredients here taste the best from all the chipotles I’ve been to. While portions can definitely be small the staff are always incredibly nice and welcoming. Manager/Lead is always very prompt and friendly with customers!
I ordered online at 6:15pm for a 6:40pm pickup. I get there at 6:45pm and it was not ready so I waited. Mind you there is no line staff is just standing there talking. More than 5 people waiting on their phone cause they ordered online. They have one person doing all these orders alone. Trash bins full and overloaded, no napkins everything a mess by the soda machine. This is ridiculous. Someone needs to be on top of these people. If it’s slow, help the one lady doing these orders alone and clean up. Cleanliness matters.
Yummy burrito
Checkout people often grumpy. Things are way too spicy for our taste, even though we love the same ingredients at other Chipotles.
