I am currently eight months pregnant. It’s raining really hard and I can’t drive. I placed an order not only did I have the wrong order. My chips and cheese were missing too. My hormones are going crazy right now. I can’t stop crying. I used my reward points on this order so that’s gone to waste
Ordered 2 meals 2 lg chips 4 sides for dipping chips and 2. Drinks. They didn’t put chips in bag. Get home 20 minute drive call them and told her we want money back for dips and chips she tells me come and get the chips!! I said not driving all the way back for chips want money back for chips and dip because dips are obviously worthless now. She says no bring receipt back for chips!! Awful customer service skills!!! Not having good experience here today. The food looked so dried up and appeared to have been there for a bit… at least stir it around now and again to make it look better. The service is usually pretty boring..the staff is not excited about helping. I didn’t eat here, today and told them why, no offer to serve me some hot protein coming of the grill or nothing it was ok we left as far as they were concerned. Wow
Just placed and Uber eats order and unfortunately my rice was undercooked and very hard to eat.
ordered a bowl for pickup with honey chicken - this was the portion they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous!!
