Do not expect anything different at this location vs others. Especially on a Sunday night. Top employees do not want this shift. Had three items in our mobile order. Not one was made correctly. I asked them to remake and they refused because the line was too long. Hmmm? They gave me a number to get refunded which took some time but worked. Brutal.. Theyre the worst. Always run out of items, workers are rude and it's always dirty.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I hope management sees this, takes some accountability, and tries to change. First, let me say, the food and the servings are not an issue, and I understand this is a very high-traffic location so I get it's busy. Most of the staff are not friendly or they just plain have attitude, like me asking for extra fajitas is a pain in the ass.
