Jessica is unprofessional. Doesn’t understand her job. I had an issue with my gift card they have no sense of problem solving just looked at me and said I don’t know both Jessica and MOD.
Out of steak, out of veggies, Line was terribly dirty, dining room desperately needed swept, tables needed cleaned, trash filled to the brim, could barely fit our trash without having to press it all down, out of forks, etc. cash employee didn’t even restock or clean up the dining room to set up for her shift change employee at 4pm.
