Great experience as we were passing through on a roadtrip! Staff was very friendly, food was hot and delicious, restaurant and bathrooms were clean.
Placed a pickup order for 3:50 pm. Got to the window and sat for 6 minutes before anyone came to open it. Man opened the window and said “Andrew” and I said no that’s not mine. Told him my name and he walked away. He shouted from across the restaurant coming up. Finally got my order and he apologized for the wait. I got back and my tacos had no protein in them, and were extremely sloppy. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. The man immediately said. Staff was sweet, food was great. Bathrooms were clean for the most part (trashcan was overfilled with used napkins). Dining area wasn't super clean eg. we saw food on the floor near an empty table right in front of the ordering area (they cleaned it up in front of us later), there were some crumbs on tables. Music was too loud.
Fast service, chipotle standard. Music was a bit loud.
Great people fast and quick. Clean stations but dirty tables. Music is a bit loud but amazing food!! :)
