I loved the food and the customer service; I am very satisfied with the service I received.
If I would give it a 0 star I would. It’s been a hot minute since I’ve been to chipotle in general but I stopped at this location today. Walked in the first thing I noticed the music was overly loud for it being 11am and no one in the store. The man at the register said he would be right back. So I waited. There where 4 other people behind the counter prepping and carrying on with there conversation. WOW customer service at its finest! My gf has celiac (very sensitive to gluten, even cross-contamination) and after witnessing the person putting orders together touch the serving spoons to other customers flour tortillas multiple times, my gf asked politely if they could make her burrito bowl from fresh ingredients from the back. Northeast and Elkton are competing for the worst chipolte ever, the rice is ALWAYS UNDERCOOKED and crunchy they always get the order wrong.
