Usually I’d give this one a 4/5. But I show up on a Saturday at 1130 am. 30 minutes after opening. They have no cheese. How the hell are u open 30 minutes and still have no cheese? Most places have employees there b4 they open. But this one couldn’t figure out how to get the most used ingredient for atleast over an hour of being there? Ordered a quesadilla online and I was driving while they called me saying they were out of the meat I had originally ordered so when we got there she asked what I wanted instead so I said carnitas and she was acting like I was in the wrong for not answering while driving so idk if this full tortilla is her petty revenge or what.
By far this has to be the worst Chipotle location I've been to... now I've been to worst restaurants than this Chipotle, but there has to be improper training. Each time I've been here my order is wrong, or its been delayed (more than 10 minutes) and this is on the down time so I can only imagine if it was busy. Im not here to bash but help the Owners/management get this spot together, its so disappointing to write such a review on a franchise I love, but enough is enough please get the orders right, and the proportions🤨 $1... read more
Let me first start out by saying that I love chipotle. It's the local restaurant in my neighborhood. It's the one I always go to, and every time I'm there, they're always out of something. And the place is a mess. But I keep going back and this last time I went, they were out of an item, they shouldn't have been out of which really, they shouldn't be out of anything at 5:30.
