Poor Service at cash register/togo area. Several times I’ve ordered to go at this location. They never remembered to put the drink in the bag, im use to that, but then when you remind them that it’s not in the Togo bag / you have not received it yet they act like it’s your problem and then they make you wait 10 minutes purposely when they can just turn around and grab it out of the refrigerator. Don’t have this problem at the Port Arthur location. Won’t be back until management gets this resolved.
The food is delicious and full of flavor.
