Service is terrible here. Sat in the drive thru and was ignored by 3 employees for 5-10 minutes while my order was sitting on the shelf getting cold. I made eye contact with all three but they proceeded to laugh and giggle rather than come to the window. I come here all the time but this will be the last.
Rude I think she was the manager. She was rude. Nasty attitude. The restaurant was beyond disgusting. Food on tables.floor over filled trash. No it wasn't busy. The other 2 young girls one white and other black. They was very sweet and respectful. Will not go back that was last night 9/12/2026
I don’t ever leave bad reviews but my visit tonight was extremely disappointing! The girl at the counter was so rude, she didn’t even look up at me. They were out of more than 5 ingredients and each time an asked she just mumbled, “we’re out”. No I’m sorry or apology which would have been a customer service thing to say! Have been here several times and this place isn't for me, the staff several times were arguing amongst themselves and customers not being helped and several of us walked out, have been there before and one of the workers saw me and gave me the exact look you see in the movies when the popular girl won't talk to the not so popular student as if she was to good to say someone will be right with you or help me herself while there were only 2 other customers which were eating already and meself, after about 5 minutes or just pas... read more
Poor management, They never have enough food, they wait until food runs out to prepare more . By the time one gets to order there is not much food left and I end up getting what’s left. I have been here many times and most of the time same issue. I won’t come back to chipotle in Lake City. The lady at the register assuming the manager because was telling them what to do seems to have an attitude just by the way she was conducting. Very disappointing .
