Haven’t had Chipotle since I moved from Cali 6 years ago. Service was great and the food was too!
I will update after being able to actually order food . First they posted on their website they were open a day before they actually did. Drove 15 miles round trip for no reason at all pretty irritating! Secondly on the app you can’t even view the full menu with out selecting the specific store and for some reason on the app it says this store is closed today so we are unable to even view the menu or place a pick up order even though they are clearly open on a Saturday at 5pm . I was there during opening day and they were absolutely slammed. The line was our the door and it was moving as fast as it could. The team inside did awesome handling all of us, and the food was great! Good job!!
Im a big chipotle fan. Today is their opening day. My burrito bowl was not very full and my food was lukewarm. The burrito line employees were a little skimpish with fillings compared to other Chipotles I have been to. The quality of the food was up to par with other locations. I am satisfied, but not amazed. I purchased a large bag of chips for $6 and received a small. Before I move away from Pullman, I will try them again and update this review. But for now, I remain at 4/5. Stars.
