I ordered delivery in the chipotle app. Arrived an hour and twenty minutes later than it said. Order a kids quesadilla and it came crinkled up in foil, cheese not even melted. Received regular milk instead of chocolate. Ordered a regular quesadilla and was missing the side of guac I paid for, sour cream and salsa. So just got rice and quesadilla. Walked in at noon. Store was filthy. Workers talking trash about other local chipotle instead of greeting customers. Food was so salty. Couldn't eat my lunch. Chipotle....DO BETTER.
Food was to be ready for pickup up at 7:20 pm. Spent almost 2 hours in drive thru with 15+ other vehicles and finally got my food at 9:12 pm. Food was cold as could be. Management needs to address whatever problems are going on. They are severe! This was the worst drive thru experience I've ever encountered. I won't order ahead ever again.
Consistently out of ingredients such as cheese, lettuce and white rice. Female manager is rude and actively scolds the staff on the line in front of customers. Seems they care far more about online orders than the people actively in the store. Regardless this location seems to always be out of atleast 1-2 items every visit, no matter what time of day.
I didn’t even want to leave a one star review. I actually had to look up how to review. This Chipotle sucks. If you order mobile/online orders you’ll sit in the drive thru window for a least a half hour. No one waits on you inside unless you Karen your way in. They’re slow. And my order is always wrong. I also paid extra for guac and never got it. Learn from these reviews. I know I’m not the only one. Do better.
