Other then a few kind workers I've rarley had a good experience here. The food is normally good but they are so rude and unprofessional at times. They obviously need more help.
I ordered a chicken bowl with black beans rice and tomatoe salsa and guauc. It had no taste. I mean no salt nothing.
Very rude server and they don't listen when you ask for things. The two young ladies, that served me, very horrible customer service
They definitely are skimpy on rice, especially to-go orders. But what I really came here to say is the one lady who usually works daylight hours, long gray hair, wears glasses, is EXTREMELY RUDE! No way she should be working cashier! Everytime I'm in there she ignores me and will purposefully go do something else just so she doesn't have to ask me my name for my order. Put her in the BOH if she hates her life that bad! Everyone else is pleasant to deal with
The dining area needed cleaned, but not as bad as the counter where they make the food. There was food everywhere and instead of cleaning the prep area they just slid your food through the mess and handed it to you covered in various things. One of the employees was struggling and another was being snippy towards her, so when she needed help she waited for the other to go grab something so she could ask someone else who was nicer about it.
