Uncomfortably quiet atmosphere. Wasn't greeted upon entry or at the order line. Stood there watching the prep person make 2 carry out orders, then watched the cashier look at us and look at fellow employee, then awkwardly begin stocking cooler by check out. All the while, not one employee said anything to us for the 5 minutes we waited. It felt like we walked in on our parents after an argument; just weird!
I could get more meat and lettuce if I was playing for it in a claw machine. I ordered chicken and got pork. Not coming back.
This was the most unpleasant experience and location I have ever encountered. When I raised my concerns, the manager refused to disclose her name and attempted to identify me based on my appearance. She double-charged me and altered my food with smaller portions. Her demeanor was filled with hostility, indicating a clear disdain for her job.
