I dont like leaving reviews but every time I come to pick up a mobile order in the drive through its a 20+ minute wait. This time it was 40 minutes so we went inside to see if we could get it there since the app said its been ready for 40 minutes. A team member said it wasn't and they were focused on the inside customers. Ended up canceling and going to cane's instead.
Either too little meat (take out orders) too little seasoning or improperly cooked rice. No quality control whatsoever and this is a repeat issue for me to be putting a review. Staff don’t seem to care coz they all teenagers.
The manager at this store has no control over the quality of the food and the staff that work there. I say this because on numerous occasions the meat quantity is low, the chicken is unseasoned and today the rice was not cooked fully. Tired of calling customer service over this. Plz retrain your employees or take control of the situation.
Really good food. Place is clean and staff is friendly.
Pick up time was 5:30pm, I arrived at 5:35pm. Waited in the drive through line u til 6:10pm. If the food isn't ready for the person at the window, just park them or send them around. Also my order was wrong, which feels especially bad after a 40 minute wait.
