Wish I could give 0 I’m not even the type to write reviews, but this was a joke. I came in and was told it would be a 10-minute wait for white rice. I’m thinking cool, I’ll wait. Me and two other guys stood there for the full 10 minutes while they finished the batch. Then, instead of serving the people actually standing in the store, they dumped the whole tray into the to-go/online orders. Yesterday I visited Chipotle with my daughter, and we only had enough money for one bowl, so we couldn’t afford to add chips. The manager treated us with a lot of kindness and understanding. My daughter asked about the chips, and even though we didn’t order them, he kindly surprised her by giving her a portion for free. It was a small gesture, but it meant a lot to us and made my daughter very happy.
Went to this chipotle 2 days ago now I have food poisoning
