RecommendedI've have historically had problems with this location turning out poor food. However the last two meals I've had there were really good. They seem to have gotten new staff who care about cooking the food correctly. I'm adding them back into my rotation.
It wasn’t busy when I got there this evening. The food was not fresh they didn’t even have any lettuce. Their make table was so dirty and sloppy. It’s no wonder chipotle has so many incidents of food poisoning. Don’t ever go to this location! The worse location I have ever been to. I wish I could upload photos. Disgusting! I went to the 275 Greenwich St, New York location. Got a bowl. The person helping me didn't get me a chance to say whether I wanted lettuce or not. She just added the lettuce. I asked if it was romain and she said "yes it is safe" and basically moved me through the line. Food was disgusting...Rice was hard and the chicken was chewy. never again!!!! tried calling the restaurant 3 times and no answer !
Horrible wait time today I won’t ever go to this location again. I waited 15 minutes to get to the the front of the line. I waited at the front for 5 minuets while the server processed online orders. I finally just walked out. Ridiculous!!!
