I don’t like to write these kinds of reviews, but it has gotten to a point. The food is usually good enough and I come here often, but the customer service can be very upsetting. The older woman at the register during a very slight rush was very rude and was rushing us. My girlfriend was trying to pull up the chipotle app on her phone because it was her birthday and we had free chips, but we were met with a very rude, “Hello? Hello? Hello?” After telling her to stop being so aggressive, she continued to ignore us and move on... read more
customer service is terrible
They did an amazing job and very understanding. I did a mistake for one of the times for the pickup at 6:00 and I was there at 5:00 and they were very much understanding. What a great team and outstanding service.
