Update: If you want to make it right, I think you should reach out to me. I am the customer. I called looking for an estimate to complete yard work. We texted 5 or 6 times over the course of a few weeks (it was the holiday season so I was not in a big rush). He promised to come by several times and that he could complete the work quickly. After the third time he is now ghosting me and not responding. I'm disappointed because he had good reviews online.
