I had my bumper cover completely replaced more than 10 years ago with Chipmaster Markham with a CAPA part and it's held up great. Recently just had my fender panel and rusted out rocker panel repaired. Experience this time and the first time was no different, clear communication, very reasonable quote, great work (went above and beyond with some extra attention to details) and fast turnaround time. I highly recommend Chipmaster in Markham. I dealt with Ryan initially and then Romel for the actual work on my car. They were both courteous and efficient and Romel was great. I was very pleased with the paint repair on my rear door and the reasonable cost. Years ago I had gone there for another repair and though having moved to another town, I didn’t hesitate to return there again for my repair.
I brought my car in for a basic bumper replacement and somehow I left with more damage with zero accountability by the owners. They released my car with the fender and bumper sticking out so much that did not even align properly. I did not expect that to happen. There is almost an inch of space from the headlight to the bumper which is like how does a shop do this type of poor work, I said this is unacceptable but they were pushing the agenda that I damaged the fender. Had a major scratch on the rear of my Audi from a garage door mishap as well as a couple other minor scratches on bumper. Worked with Romel who was great and highly professional, Chipmaster fixed it all and my car looks as good as new! All in all excellent experience and would recommend.
