I had to stop in this evening to pick up a flea pill for a puppy I had just rescued. She was dumped out in country and just covered in fleas and bites and sores. My vet couldn't get her in until next day and was already closed for the evening. (Thank God for your hours!!)I knew I needed to do something for the fleas quick because I knew this puppy was so miserable. Have taken Sophia to Chipman clinic for over seven years always a great experience.
As a new customer, went there today for a second opinion on my best friend Daisy. She's very sick. Dr Cook was absolutely amazing. My little girl isn't better yet, but she gave me so much information and was so caring and helpful. I had been referred to them by so many people. I know why now. I will continue to go there. They made feel so comfortable, and not like a number.
We have seen all the vets at one time or another, I think we have used them for at least 20 years. I do have my favorites, but they are all great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And I love that we don't need appointments.
As always, it was a great experience. We were in and out quickly with all concerns fully addressed. Thanks!
