The company I worked for, used this firm to get insurance for BCBS of Florida. I left my company on good standing and called Chip Williams to extend my insurance. I did not expect to have insurance for a while. I notify the insurance agent that I had a pre-existing condition and they offered me a temporary contract, which I accepted. I trusted their judgement and didn't read it over in detail.It ended up that this temporary contract did NOT cover pre-existing conditions. Not only that but it voided my Cobra benefits.
