I have been going to Chips for years. I am a normal older woman with weight to lose. I have never felt intimidated or unwelcome. In fact I am always greeted, usually by Chip. Chips has a womens workout room and I enjoy the Body Blast classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Just relocated to Gulf Breeze, and luckily found a serious gym, within 3 miles of home. This place is great, and the staff and facilities are wonderful!
Great gym and friendly people! Includes a Powerlifting room with everything you need for a productive workout!
