Great experience, was told by other tuner my car couldn't be tuned, jms said no problem took down my info and my new tune is on the way.
Ordered a Pedal Max for my 2014 Raptor and it works awesome couldn't be more pleased with the service , shipping and performance increase with this product.

Had a chip for my 94 mustang burned from jms and car made great power but I am having problems with my idle speeds in tune . Have called many times and emailed with no response well finally got ahold of them on phone and explained my problems and was told he would have tuner call me or email me back ! Well 4 days latter and have not heard from anyone ! Very frustrated for lack of support this time . At this point wish I could just return and deal with someone that wants my business Marc Grenier

Thanks to the guys at JMS for fixing my mustang. They had to fix a lot of screw ups others did to it. JMS is definitely the best around.
