Able to get me in same day after my AC went out. Chip was very personable and had the issue fixed in 10 minutes with a new capacitor. No run around or upselling like you hear from other places. Just straight, honest work! Thanks again!
Our furnace stopped running yesterday evening. Chip made it out the next morning and was able to get it back up and running. Scheduling service was easy and he was very friendly. Will absolutely use them again.
Needed a heating system in my dry cleaning plant and Chip ordered and installed it just in time for the bitter winter weather. First cold snap of the season, our furnace wouldn’t kick on, we found out on Friday. Owners called a competitor who came out and said it needed a new valve and would be the following week before they could get one. My wife knows Chip from her job, called them early Saturday, (after hours), by noon a technician was here and twenty minutes later had our furnace working again. Had ac issues week after purchasing home. Called Harris heating they came out diagnosed , got us temporary fix until could get parts in to install new furnace unit. Have come right out several times when had issues and had fixed within minutes to hour. Awesome staff and awesome owners. Would highly recommend!!;;
