Made an appointment for 11:15AM, came into the office at 10:40AM. I sat in the waiting room for 2 whole hours before finally asking the receptionist when I would be seen, she informed me that she wasn’t sure because the doctor wasn’t even there, he was busy with “prior engagements”. Not entirely sure why I was scheduled if the doctor had prior engagements during my appointment time. I waited around another 30 minutes and the doctor still didn’t show up. About 2 and a half hours waiting for a doctor to not show up.

Dr. Chionuma is a very caring, knowledgeable physician that goes above and beyond what I've normally witnessed with other doctors. He takes good care of my elderly mother. He saved her life back in 2020 during the pandemic. Mark C.
Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. Actually listened to me about what was going on with me and paid attention. He never made me feel like I was putting him out for asking too many questions. I’ve worked in the hospital for over 17 years and have seen a decline in the compassion doctors show their patients, I’m thankful that this isn’t Dr. H!!!!
