I reached out regarding a landlord-tenant issue and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Communication was inconsistent, with last-minute cancellations and minimal follow-up. Despite paying a considerable fee, I ultimately decided to move on due to the lack of professionalism and the absence of a proactive approach, even after becoming a client.
The office failed to communicate properly. If the attorney is not accepting clients of a certain kind they should at least be clear and honest instead of being told to keep waiting for a return call on a time sensitive matter. Highly unprofessional.
