Realtor Katrina Moore sat idley as the sellers son smoked and let his dog go #1 & #2 in the house, ruining about 600sqft of carpeting, staining the hardwood underneath and causing an odor rendering the house unlivable for days after closing. Multiple faucets were rendered inoperable, this was all after walkthroughs and inspections. About 270sqft of carpeting, once removed, exposed asbestos tile, there was no communication back when this was brought up.
