Realtor Katrina Moore sat idley as the sellers son smoked and let his dog go #1 & #2 in the house, ruining about 600sqft of carpeting, staining the hardwood underneath and causing an odor rendering the house unlivable for days after closing. Multiple faucets were rendered inoperable, this was all after walkthroughs and inspections. Very negative experience.. I hate the house I was sold.. i gave a positive review at the start of all this.. but i have to delete and re-do with better honesty and some time to the experience.. We bought a house in Tulsa last November.. we were from out of town.. We had no clue how bad the crime rate was & how many homeless & stay dogs were in the Northern Tulsa/Turley area.. the house is falling apart, and how it past inspection is beyond me..
