A really interesting concept that didn't quite live up to the hype for my particular meal. I had the pork belly taco which was very decent. It had a good balance of flavors and textures. The Sriracha mayo I was served helped it out a lot though. The chicken adobo taco I had was a total miss. The taste was very muted by an overwhelming soy sauce flavor. These guys make awesome food. Pork Belly Bowl is a standard I get, but love chicken adobo, Taiwanese Fried Chicken taco, and breakfast tacos are great too. Candied jalapeño and bacon, egg, and cheese. Yummm
Wouldn’t recommend food wasn’t great Order a pork sandwich got nothing but fat in the sandwich..
