When they allowed rv's I would have rated it a 3.5 star. .. But now we will just stay at Spirit Mountain...better pays and a fab lot for us rv folk...kind of shot themselves in the foot with that poor choice!!!!

Thank you so much for your feedback regarding our free RV parking. You will be pleased to learn that we have made some changes to our policies regarding this matter. We will once again be allowing free dry-camp RV parking in our upper parking lot, albeit with a more structured procedure. Winners Circle membership will be required. Guests will need to check in with the Hotel front desk prior to parking their RV, where they will receive a parking permit which will allow them to park in the lot for a period of up to 14 days. Haven't been there forever÷
Seriously in this day and age you have blue smoke stench greeting the customer at the door? We didn't even walk in because though I know smoking is allowed, most casinos have much better ventilation systems. Yuck. Won't be back.
Everyone was extremely polite and helpful. We got a junior suite for the night and was so pleased we called the front desk and booked an additional night. The ocean views were spectacular. We would not hesitate to book again and will definitely recommend this resort to friends. Thanks to CWCR's Jeanette in registration for going the extra mile and making our vacation memorable.
We have stayed here many times and always liked it BUT this time. Floor was dirty , we told the head desk about it, heater did not work , bath tub is gross. This place use to be clean but it's run down. Disappointed !!!! Stays in room D 267
Service sucks. 20 minute wait an hour ago. Now they say another 15 minutes. Waiter better be awesome or no tip.
Applied for a job there what a joke their questions and the information they wanted was intrusive at best. The pay is very low.
It is my favorite casino in Oregon! Always have a good time and very friendly dealers! Buffet is good too!
Place is amazing! Clams at the steakhouse are great, and the coconut shrimp at the seafood house was good as well. Didn't hurt that I won $500 on the slots as well. Will be back soon. Love that place
