First time staying at Chinook Winds. Rooms need more upkeep. Prime rib was great. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment. Orange juice was warm, food was subpar. Needs more signage inside and out!!! Non smoking is a joke. 3 steps up, open for smoke to go in. All open..?

Business response:

Thank you so much for the feedback, Melissa! We really do appreciate it.

We always try and stay here when we come to the beach and always have a great time. If there is a hiccup with something in the room it is always addressed with 1 quick phone call. Love this place!

We go with a group of friends a couple times a year. Been going there since it was built. Sunday night, I witnessed a lady win $1,079,420. Although I prefer it was me winning a million, it was exciting to see someone do it

Too much like the federal government. Ban my medical marijuana medicine. Shameful.

The office person was very helpful and friendly, the room was not huge but very clean. We were on the bottom floor and enjoyed being able to step out back to a grassy area, sit at a picnic table and enjoy the view of the ocean. We took advantage of room service and enjoyed a well priced delicious dinner. The price was great. We will definitely be returning. We are already planning our next trip.

The resort itself was nice. I will stay there again. However, the heavy smell of cigarette smoke inside the casino is a serious turn off. And the breakfast buffet had a lot of improvement needed. Serve some real food maybe? Just a suggestion.

Business response:

Thank you so much for the feedback, Renee! We really do appreciate it.
