How could a "resort" not save a paid for ground floor room (put them on the third floor...no elevator!) for two elderly ladies, one with COPD and one with CHF, and then think that a free buffet somehow makes the emergency room trip and ICU stay and fall down the stairs all better? I don't know but we won't be back. Stay at Spirit Mountain and drive the 20 minutes to this place is my recommendation!

The "Celebration of Honor" event was for everyone to enjoy Veteran, Non Veteran, Families and the Little ones. We had the best time of our life with all the exhibits and the Staff went overboard with not holding back for all to enjoy, the Food, the Room and entertainment was first class. It didn't matter where you turn the staff was very helpful from the Casino, restaurant, Room service, we will make this a yearly event to enjoy.

Supportive and honors the Military and Veterans. Thanks for sponsoring events that show your support for those who have sacrificed their lives for American freedom. Your employees are congenial, spirited, friendly, happy. It was a pleasure to be with them.

We have been to Chinook Winds many times, but last night we decided to have dinner upstairs in the restaurant. One of the best dinners we have had anywhere and I highly recommend it. That was the first time we ate in the restaurant, but it won't be our last.

We paid $40.00 for the buffet and there was hardly anything there. No crab legs or peel and eat shrimp that they had advertised. The other food that they had available was dry and over cooked! This was the worst food and service we had all weekend! This is the second time we have had this issue with their buffet! The first time their crab legs were rotten! We will not be back!
