Lousy staff, awful food and careless management, stay home or keep driving, don't waste your time here.
Had to file a fraudulent charge for a extra charge at Steak house. Card was charged 2 different times for different amounts within seconds of each other. And I was only given one bill and made no other purchases in the casino. Seems like some type of card scam the waiters or management apart of. Filed a police report and report with the security personal at chinook winds.Check your bank account after any purchase here. They not just taking your money at the slot they also stealing your card number.
Just had there buffet for Thanksgiving and it was great with wonderful service.

The casino has a great selection but only one craps table
We paid so much money for the terrible room and bad service. Plus we were on the phone with our daughter, having good time and laughing at 8:45 pm. They called us from the front desk and said that someone was complaining that we were too loud. Then they accused us of drinking (we didn't drink anything at all!!!) and said that their quiet time is at 10 pm. Hello! It was not yet 9! Geez! I've stayed in hotels all over the world!!! I've NEVER heard of this before! We will NEVER come back!
