The rooms were super dirty.(showed front desk the photos) No insulation-you can hear everything from nearby rooms and outside. No AC unit for cool air or white noise to drown out other noises. The shower didn't drain properly, so there was standing water. We ended up canceling our 2nd night. The lady at the front desk was super sweet, understanding and kind about us checking out early.

I won a jackpot on a machine and was told i can't collect this until I have an unexpired license. My license expired last month, during the stay at home order. I have put in a request for an appointment to renew my license over a week ago with DMV but they are not scheduling fast enough due to backlog. The extension for expired licenses has been put out to October 2020 due to this, most likely will not be able to renew very soon.
