Affinity property management processed maintenance requests promptly, quickly responded to any communication, and had an open office 5 days a week. Recently, a company called Cornerstone took over ownership. Since then, almost all of my messages sent through their "app" they wanted to implement have been ignored, phone calls always go to voicemail, and the door to the office is always locked. "Tenants" in apartment 224 constantly blaring music and slamming anything and everything in their apartment all day and night whenever they're here. Banging rocks into her door, damaging peoples vehicles and property in the garages and in the parking areas. The management here is non existent. No one is ever available and never do anything for complaints. The cops have been called numerous times with no outcome because its up to the property management team.
