DO NOT MOVE HERE! Have been a tenant for 3 years. Original company that owned the complex was great! Affinity property management processed maintenance requests promptly, quickly responded to any communication, and had an open office 5 days a week. Recently, a company called Cornerstone took over ownership. Since then, almost all of my messages sent through their "app" they wanted to implement have been ignored, phone calls always go to voicemail, and the door to the office is always locked. This place is expensive for how bad this place is. They charge you 120 dollars for a convenience fee for paying online by the way that's the only way you can pay because nobody is ever there to actually accept cash money let a long to get help with something. There are no amenities here the gym is crap and most of it dosen't work. Hotub dosen't work pool dosen't work. No actual security we used to have good water pressure but because they think killing the water pressure is going to save them money we had to deal with it. No... read more
