Faizal was a good physiotherapist. However, he was to do direct billing to my insurance company and they never received any bills. They tried to reach him many times to no avail. Now 2 years later, he sends me a big bill for treatment from 2 years ago. I hope he gets it together and the insurance pays him. His admin skills are terrible and caused me a lot of grief.
