Lived here for just over a year, almost impossible to get someone in to fix any problems the apartment is having. Mold in the apartment we lived in was out of control, which was why we got out of our lease, they came in and painted over it to solve the problem and another time dropped off a bottle of Lysol so we could clean it ourselves. They don't have a number to reach anyone by, either you leave a voicemail or you have to send emails which never get responded to. Great place! Great staff! Michelle and Sarah are wonderful managers. Jack and Terry are great maintenance crew. Only downfall is living below a disrespectful family who does laundry, vacuum and sound like a heard of stampeding elephants.
Worse apts ever. Management always parks in no parking zone, cause they don't care. They charge extra for garbage, up to $150 per month. Other tenants break into cars to steal, no protection. If it snows, there's no protection, carports are unsafe, and will damage your vehicle. Yeah, it has a swimming pool, but never open. Don't live here, you'll regret it.
One of the nicest places I have ever lived. It is most excellent.
