Love that they allow you to schedule an appointment for fingerprints just so you can drive all the way there and see a sign on the door that says Identigo is closed for the next week.
My family has used Chinook home health care for years, the employees are beyond caring and treat their patients like family of their own. I have recommended them to many friends over the years and they all feel the same way. Tammy Green specifically has been heaven sent, my grandmother saw her as a daughter of her own in many ways. I hired Chinook after being with 2 other companies. There seemed to be never ending issues at both companies. The caregivers were always on the phone, lazy, and didn't have very much experience. when I called Chinook, I was surprised to get a live person on the phone and not a voice mail. I needed someone right away because the company I was with, left me with no caregiver. I had a doctors appointment in two days and after my stroke, I really needed around the clock care. Our family had the good fortune to have Chinook take care of our father for 2. 1/2 yrs. We understand that comfort and safety are top priority for all caregivers, but Chinook exceeded our expectations. Chinook’s commitment to client care, their commitment to the highest comfort level and safety is outstanding. I left a 5 star review 4 years ago. After being hospitalized for over 2 months, I needed help with so many things. They were so professional, caring and helpful. Especially Tammy! I recently had the opportunity to use Chinook again. My opinion stands the same. They were great then and remain fantastic. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends in need of home healthcare.
