My family has used Chinook home health care for years, the employees are beyond caring and treat their patients like family of their own. I hired Chinook after being with 2 other companies. There seemed to be never ending issues at both companies. The caregivers were always on the phone, lazy, and didn't have very much experience. when I called Chinook, I was surprised to get a live person on the phone and not a voice mail. I needed someone right away because the company I was with, left me with no caregiver. I had a doctors appointment in two days and after my stroke, I really needed around the clock care. Our family had the good fortune to have Chinook take care of our father for 2. 1/2 yrs. We understand that comfort and safety are top priority for all caregivers, but Chinook exceeded our expectations.
