This company is great. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never been disapointed with their service at both my daughter's home or my residence. My last annual inspection at my home was conducted by Antonio Guajardo. For my own learning experience, I stayed with him through out his intensive exam of my system as he explained the entire process of what he was checking for. It was very indepth and he took pride in his work. Their technicians and sales staff are the best.
My mother Hazel was born in the Prosser family home on March 9, 1921. She was the youngest of three children. The house is heated with a Daikin ductless heating system from Chinook Heating & Air.. Dave the owner, Shelly at the front desk, and Terrence the technician were wonderful in solving a difficult heating problem. The Prosser house will be heated by a Chinook Heating & Air product until the day it is torn down. Thank you Chinook!!
