THE BEST This is my favorite place to go for lunch! I wish they had more locations nearby. I love the fast service and the food is excellent--fresh and wonderful in taste. Fabulous and highly recommended.
A good neighborhood experience! – We just moved to the neighborhood and decided to try Chinoise. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. It was warm and cozy on a cold Sunday evening. The sushi was tasty and they had some inventive rolls that we liked. The potstickers were large and the dipping sauce was very nice. The prices may have seemed a little high but it was definitely worth a few bucks extra. The service was a little slow but friendly. We'll go back to try the Thai/Vietnamese entrees. They seemed value priced and the dish... read more
Great place for different types of food – SInce they server pretty good sushi and noodle dishes, this restaurant is great for when my wife wants sushi and I want Thai. Food is above average; service is OK, location is great, as you have bars to go to after dinner, or cruise downto the Uptown for a movie.
Can't eat together – This is a very busy place with "interesting" food---the quality of ingredients used is outstanding---one very irritating service gliche is meals for couples or trios are served at different times--as much as 15 min apart----unacceptable and very unprofessional.
Very Good Sushi – We are big sushi fans in Seattle, and - after much research - have settled on Chiniose as our mainstay. Sushi chefs Jack and Jackie (not related) are amazing. The fish is always extraordinarily fresh, most notably the uni. Their hamachi and albacore are unrivaled in Seattle. Chef and wok man Ming makes the best Thai shrimp around. If you like sushi, you owe it to yourself to check this place out!
enjoy your lunch! – Although the food was tasty, the service was a disappointment! The waitstaff was more concerned about enjoying THEIR lunch, than paying attention to their customers. After we received our food, the waitress only returned to give us our check. How about refills next time?
Exotic Bliss – On top of havnig a great variety of asain foods to choose from. The unique and exotic sushi selection they have gives it the ultimate thumbs up. Cucumber wrapped salmon rolls and delicious tempura are sure to satisfy any sushi goer, not to mention the wonderfuly spicy TNT and spicy scallops rolls as well. Be prepared to pay a little more than normal but know that its well worth it.
Yum – Great food. This can be a bit pricey, but as a treat I really enjoy this place. The servers definitely aren't the most attentive or speedy, but not at all rude. The sushi is artfully arranged and tasty. Try the sushi roll which is wrapped witha thin roll of cucumber. Enough other things to satisfy a non-sushi eater as well. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a table.
Delicious – Absolutely amazing sushi. Some of the best we've ever had.
