stinking place.. – If you survive 2 minutes inside the restroom of chinois, u can survive any nuclear gas in the world. It stinks like S***....
My company orders from Chinois ALL THE TIME as well as dines in. The delivery service has been getting worse and worse with forgetting items or taking over an hour for delivery time. Each time we call... naturally the language barrier is a problem but there is no remorse or apology. TODAY (01-13-11) we placed an order to be delivered. A friend of mine ordered lunch today from here, and a cockroach crawled out of her order! She called to tell them, and they asked from which container the roach crawled out and how big the roach was! Does it matter?! Yuck!
I went there last Saturday. I asked the female cashier what Jicama was cause it was all over the menu. Her answer to me was I dont know. I ooked it up when I got home and it is a starch like a potato..AMazing that she answered she didnt know. Today at noon May 15th I called to talk with the owner . I asked the gentleman 3 times. Great food, nice atmosphere – This is a great little neighborhood restaurant. Their shrimp is always fresh and their Peking duck is very good. The wontons are the best I've ever had. The staff is always friendly although a couple of them don't speak English very well. It's a cozy and well done atmosphere. I always find the portion size generous. Perhaps the folks who weren't happy with their take out should try dining in.
Nice Take Out – This place is good for take out. I would not say it is the best chinese food I have ever had but if your hungry and live close by it's good.
Understand English before you do business here! – I just ordered for the first time. I was looking for Chinese in the area, and came across a good review on this website and thought that I would give them a try. Outrageous prices, small portions! – It's awfaul that you pay outrageous prices for your meal and you get very little for what you think you are paying for. It was very ridiculous when I had my meal deliver by this restaurant and I realized I had been robbed, Literally . I don't recommend getting delivery service by this restaurant.
