I was told If my air bubbles didn’t go away in 3 days to come back and it would be fixed. Well needless to say all my windows but 1 are still covered in air bubbles!! I call and ask if it can be fixed,he tells me yes. So I drive an hour to get there just for him to be rude and say “you cannot expect perfect tint and there is nothing wrong with the bubbles” smdh are you serious?? Great price. But they are very busy. And first come, first serve. Be prepared to wait or have a ride ready. Well worth the wait though. Will use them again.
well , if the hadn't have tore my defrost strips into pieces ..took it back and the guy tried to say it was from an previous window tint, when its never ever ever had tint...theres pieces if my defrost strip, right now in between the tint and glass, so woukdnt you clean the window off before u tint it if it was from a so call previous tint...this was my experience...you cant replace defrost atrips, you habe to replace hole glass and that's hundreds , like 200-400 more....

Always been impressed when dealing with Chino and his guys. 8+ years using them, well over 100 cars and never let down. There have been a few minor issues with sending soo many cars, and the way they have always taken care of my concerns speaks volumes. Chino has never hesitated to address any concerns. Top notch service, very reasonably priced.
