The staff at prime care are very welcoming ..doctors are genuinely concerned with whatever your needs may be.they take time to understand what a patients needs are.
Every time I have to go there I am treated very well by the staff and the doctors.
The team is helpful and warm. Dr. Malik listens and explains to make sure you understand. I felt validated and comfortable. 10 out of 10.
I sign in online for my appointments so it’s straight forward when I get there. Front desk staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Back office services mirror the front office experience. Attending physicians have consistently been adept at listening and questioning. I leave with good advice. Case in point… I’m pre diabetic and have been trying to bring my h1c down from 6.2.
