Have been bringing my kids here for 16 year we love Dr Tsai. He is always great and always answer all my questions and concerns.
Growing up, this was where i went to see my pediatrician Dr Hua Bai. She and other doctors here are quacks who do not know how to be proper doctors. On one visit, when she tried to clean my ear, she probe both the insides of my ear with a cleaning tool and it was extremely painful. Afterwards, it was bleeding nonstop for about an entire day, and I was partially deaf for about a week in one ear. I never received an apology or compensation.
