What a hard day we had yesterday! I called 3 weeks in advance to set up an appointment and make sure the office could not only process our insurance but also treat my daughter with special needs. The person who took my call was wonderful and reassuring. That very long phone call made me feel confident in their ability. The actual appointment was as if I went to the wrong office.
