This place should not be allowed to keep using the words "URGENT CARE", as they are incapable of either. Been there a few times and have never met my primary care doctor, although the physician assistants are fantastic. Most importantly, when I have gone for urgent care needs they have always said there is no doctor onsite and I have been turned away . So what is the point? Call yourself a clinic and be done with it. Will never waste my time again for urgent care needs.
Worst urgent care experience ever!!! Do not go here. I had to walk out, it was so frustrating. I made an appointment and 8 walk ins were seen before me. What’s the point of making an appointment if Im going to be intentionally skipped. The nurses were just sitting at the back desk taking and when I reminded them i was waiting the said I was next. The worst medical clinic I have ever experienced. Do not choose this place, do not waste your money or risk your health! The NP is unprofessional, and the customer service representatives and staff are super rude! There is no medical expertise or ethical standards!
Slow, distracted, and impersonal staff. They really don't care very much and it's clear this is just a paycheck to most of them. They need to do MUCH, MUCH, better.
Listen to me, don't come to this urgent care! Worst urgent care and worst staff ever！ The NP gave a completely wrong diagnosis causing a delay in the patient's condition, followed by emergency surgery. Contacted this urgent care after the fact and the staff at this clinic had an extremely terrible attitude, I've never seen such an unreasonable, unethical staff!!
