The worst medical clinic I have ever experienced. Do not choose this place, do not waste your money or risk your health! The NP is unprofessional, and the customer service representatives and staff are super rude! There is no medical expertise or ethical standards!
Slow, distracted, and impersonal staff. They really don't care very much and it's clear this is just a paycheck to most of them. They need to do MUCH, MUCH, better.
Listen to me, don't come to this urgent care! Worst urgent care and worst staff ever！ The NP gave a completely wrong diagnosis causing a delay in the patient's condition, followed by emergency surgery. Contacted this urgent care after the fact and the staff at this clinic had an extremely terrible attitude, I've never seen such an unreasonable, unethical staff!! CALL BEFORE YOU VISIT THIS URGENT CARE! My insurance, Aetna, told me this urgent care was within my network. After I checked in and spent 10 minutes filling out the forms, I was turned away by the staff because my IPA wasn't accepted. There's definitely a disconnect with Aetna and this clinic and the IPA. I ended up not getting my issue look at 👎
3 weeks ago i brought my mother in law Came here for regular annual check up She had diabetic and other health problems The doctor prescrip her some medication Office staff said they already send the info to pharmacy Keep calling pharmacy every day They said never got the info from doctor office Call again today and they said their system down cannot check the info Will look for another new place for annual check up Don’t come here if you need your medication Worst place ever My mother in law will dying because she need her ... read more
