I found this place online and it completely lived up to the hype. Mike helped me out and treated me with a lot of respect from the start—you can tell he’s hardworking, honest, and truly cares about his customers. Even on a busy day like MLK Day, Mike was working and still got to me quickly. He offered a free diagnostic and said if it didn’t fix the issue, he wouldn’t charge me, which really showed his credibility. I been coming here since my college years! My dad was impressed with their service 1st time we came. Of course he came with me as he didnt want me to get ripped off. Norm and Mike are awesome! Fast and fair. Drive from Alhambra all the way to pomona!
