Being a masters athlete I’m always training to improve my endurance, strength, and agility. I’ve been a member at CCF for more than three years and as a result of continuous training I’m still hitting PRs. I found Chino CrossFit by doing a google search. There are many gyms in the area but Chino CrossFit sticks to a traditional WOD (workout of the day) We do all the great hero workouts like DT, Grace,Isabel and of course Murph. This is a great gym and community. The coaches are knowledgeable and invested in your success, and your fellow athletes are supportive and encouraging. The facility is also well maintained and equipped, and the equipment is always clean and in good working order. If you want to take a positive step towards better health and quality of life, you should join the Chino CrossFit community. Ask for coach AL or coach Angie. They are the best!
