Unique, delicious, super fun! We were in town for a week and ate here twice - that's how much we loved this place! It's been featured on Food Network's Diners, drive-ins and dives and that's how we heard about it. So good, friendly staff, super casual atmosphere. I love how they let you taste the food before ordering as a newbie :) I will be craving the pork and also the Emerald Chicken for years to come. Don't miss this one!!!
Chino Bandido is a local favorite for our family Our family has been eating at Chino's for about 15 years...the menu is diverse, the food is well priced, and there's plenty of seating for the whole family. I usually order the carnitas in a quesadilla and I love the jade red chicken over pork-fried rice. If you're visiting for the first time, you can taste many of the dishes offered and someone will guide you through the ordering process.
Every time I'm in Phoenix... ...I make sure I make a stop at Chino Bandido's when I visit from Denver. The melding of Chinese and Mexican cuisine may sound like a train wreck, but Chino's pulls it off in taste-tastic fashion! If you're new to Chino's, you can sample nearly all of their entrees before you buy to make sure you get something that you will love, so make sure to tell them you're a rookie when you walk in. unique food The menu here has to be seen to be believed! A delicious (though strange sounding) combination of Asian, Caribbean and Mexican food makes you question everything you thought you knew about cuisine!
Love it! What a fun place to eat. Very busy and very good. You order at the counter and the menu is a combination of Chinese food and Mexican food. What a great combination. You will have to try it to understand how good it really is. They explain the whole "ordering process" when you are a newcomer. And you get to sample what you like. Mexican/Chinese Food This restaurant is located in strip mall and doesn't exactly stand out. The decorating inside isn't exactly breathtaking or even memorable but the food certainly is. They have pictures of each item available and samples too. I will usually go with some asian choice like jerk chicken. It can be spicy, so if it is new to you I suggest sampling it.
